Getting started

How to buy IWMAC

To ensure a smooth project, making the necessary preparations for integration is key. Contact sales or one of our Certified Partners to help determine what your project should look like and what it should include.

Beforehand:

  1. Make sure your network is installed, configured, and ready.
  2. Determine whether the IWMAC gateway will connect to the cloud via an internet connection or a VPN.
  3. Provide a network topology for all devices.

Our delivery department will then get the project started, and you'll be sent the necessary hardware. For quicker delivery, it's essential that we get detailed documentation for the systems to be integrated and visualised. This typically includes a detailed schematic of systems, including labelled position names and addresses, signals and/or actuators, types and functions of energy meters, and parameter lists.
