As the Customer Care Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our Web Port and Edge products. You will foster a positive company culture within your team, driving satisfaction for both our customers and partners.

You will lead a team of 12 people who are located primarily in Sweden. You are part of the operations leadership team at Kiona and work closely with these colleagues. You will also collaborate with departments such as sales, development, and product.
