  • Provides integration of technical systems, ventilation, heating, cooling, IoT/SCADA solutions, or other automation/IT services.
  • Provides consulting on building, energy, or sustainability management.
  • Provides hands-on services for owners of commercial and institutional buildings, as well as industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.

Why partner with us

With proven knowledge of our systems, you'll provide faster deliveries, reducing risks and adding more value to your customers.

Become a full service supplier

Why not offer the full package? With our software solutions, you can complement your expertise with different digital tools and deliver complete solutions to your customers. Offer new building management solutions that help you win more projects and increase recurring revenue.

Join a network of service providers

Become one of our partners, certified in one or multiple of our software. When someone comes to us looking for a technical solution, we always recommend our partners. Additionally, your company will be featured on our website and gain access to partner marketing materials.

Choose any hardware or work with existing equipment

No lock-in, no forced replacements. Our software integrates smoothly with both new and existing hardware, helping you deliver sustainable, cost-efficient solutions by keeping what works instead of throwing it away.

Be more efficient with time-saving features

We designed our solutions to save you time. Gain remote access to facilities, adjust system settings, or manage equipment on the go – for one or multiple buildings. You stay the trusted local expert; we provide the platform, updates, training, and second-line support that make your services stronger and easier to deliver.

What partners say

With IWMAC, I can display temperature charts, such as how much cooling is required for open counters compared to refrigerated counters with doors. It's easy to visualise this for the customer and show what happens at different temperatures and what difference it can make to their energy consumption.

Frequently asked questions

You have to apply to join our partner program. After submitting information about your business, someone from our partner team will be in touch, and you can get started on different certification courses. At the end, we’ll sign a partner agreement.

The prices of our courses vary depending on their duration and depth. Read more about what they include and pricing here.

After you’ve signed your partner agreement, you can enrol in any course. To sign up, select the course you want on our certification course page. If your company is already a Kiona partner, you can also simply sign up for more courses through this page. If a planned course date is approaching, it will be listed on the page. You can also fill in your preferred date in the registration form. We will be in touch to find a suitable time and day.

Some courses, like our Integrator course, delve more deeply into the technical setup and configuration and require more training than others. On average, our classes and curriculum will take between 1 and 3 days to complete. It also depends if the course is a tutor-led live course or if it’s a self-paced course that you can carry out when it fits your schedule best.

You will get training and don’t need to be an “expert” to join our courses, but some are more advanced than others. Our lessons are generally fast-paced and may therefore have prerequisites to ensure that we can deliver high-quality training.

For instance, our Integrator courses are made for people who have experience in building management systems and integration setups. Unsure about the skills needed? Send us a message, and we’ll help determine the right fit for you.

Yes. Each course has an examination at the end that you need to pass. We use different types of examinations. Depending on the role, it can be a multiple-choice test, a project assignment, delivering a sales pitch or a practical test.

Yes! You can take courses individually or have your entire company/team certified. If you want a course for your whole team, you can specify this when registering for a course. One of our course instructors will be in touch to finalise details. Certifications are personal.

After completing one of our courses, you will be equipped with the knowledge needed to create product offerings with our solutions. We recommend the Business Specialist courses, where you’ll learn how to explain product features, assess customer needs, and present solutions that show value through costs and savings.
