<p>In previous years, we joined EuroShop as IWMAC, so we are extra excited to present our new look this year. With Kiona, we have created new ways of working and have bigger muscles to tackle your challenges.</p>



<p>Our flagship product <a href="https://kiona.com/products/iwmac/">IWMAC, the SCADA system for everything within refrigeration and freezing</a>, is stronger than ever. Our open solutions give you the freedom to connect and integrate everything. In particular, the IWMAC and Energinet combination is a great choice for those who want to take the energy monitoring and optimization of fridges and freezers seriously.</p>

<p>Many industries are affected by the component situation, but particularly, car manufacturers, technology companies, and the industrial sector need to monitor the lack of hardware in the supply chain. And plan further ahead.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Our industry is strongly affected by this, with long delivery times and higher prices. Basic components are usually off-the-shelf items and are harder to get.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>



<p>We are happy to say that we have worked proactively to avoid uncertainty and deliver on our orders. We appreciate every project we are a part of and would be grateful if you, who plan the infrastructure of these projects, <strong>would let us know as soon as possible what you expect from us</strong>. This way, we can schedule delivery and avoid an excessively long waiting time for the components.&nbsp;</p>



<p>For now, the situation seems to persist. The energy crisis, in combination with the important sustainability goals, means there is a high demand for our solutions. The best we can do is plan far ahead with all our partners.</p>

<p>For Kiona, it has been an eventful year. At the start of June, <a href="https://kiona.com/story/blog/becoming-one/">we merged four companies</a>, with different but complementary products, into one. That was one step forward in creating a unified ecosystem of solutions. New partnerships and customers have been formed this year, and new colleagues have joined from all over Europe. We are all ready to hit the new year running.</p>



<p>The ambition to develop solutions that make the world a little better each day is our driving force. At the same time, we know that we have the luxury of both working and living in peaceful and safe markets. That's not the case for everyone.</p>



<p>Today, more than 30 million children are on the run in the world and lack the basic need for security and safety. That is why we choose to support <a href="https://www.savethechildren.net/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Save the Children</a>.</p>



<p>Last year, they directly reached 43 million children in 118 countries, responded to 103 humanitarian emergencies across 63 countries – and spoke out in 126 instances of child rights violations. This is the bigger picture of some of their work.</p>



<h2 id="h-contribute-to-the-cause">Contribute to the cause</h2>



<p>We urge everyone we work with, as private individuals, businesses, and partners, to contribute to creating a better future for the world's children, the most vulnerable victims of any conflict. You can do this by <a href="https://www.savethechildren.net/about-us/how-you-can-help" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">making a single or monthly donation or giving to the children's emergency fund</a>.</p>
