We have developed a new feature that enables users to export the alarm history for any plant in the Operation Center.
We are constantly working to improve our Platform and are now happy to launch a new feature in IWMAC: Alarm history export. This feature lets you export and analyse the data with other sources in your favourite spreadsheet or data analysis tool.
View what the alarms look like over time: When did the alarm go off, when did the support/responsible respond, and how long was the total lead time of the different alarms? The alarm list can help discuss a possible breakdown and compensation with the refrigeration supplier. This feature is a great time saver for users, as exporting the alarm history has previously been a hands-on work by copying and pasting.
Here's how it works
- Access by the new button “Alarm history” in the Operation centre
- Export as either an Excel file or a CSV file
- The filter on the page determines what data you will receive in the export.
You can use the export feature to download a list of alarms, which can help you more easily detect gaps or delays in monitoring.
